Her mission is rooted in empowerment, education, and transformation — equipping people with the tools they need to create a better financial future.

In October 2023, Cynthia was honored with the President Biden Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her decades of service and impact. Her company has been recognized by Wells Fargo as one of the fastest-growing in its category — a testament to her commitment to results and community-centered growth. She holds both a life insurance license and a securities license through NASD, bringing a strong foundation of financial credibility to everything she teaches.

Cynthia is also the founder of Superhero Academy, an educational platform that helps aspiring entrepreneurs and everyday individuals sharpen their financial and business skills. She is the visionary behind Houses of Malachi, a transitional shelter that supports women battling addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. In addition to her work in finance and community development, she serves as the Pastor of Worldwide Living God Ministries in Brooklyn, New York, where she ministers to the spiritual and practical needs of her congregation.
